Dan E. Morris, 47, of Moorsetown faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced Dec. 2, officials said. He retired Jan. 1 after 23 years as a police officer.
He is the third police officer of five implicated to admit a part in the scandal.
