WRIGHTSTOWN — A Pemberton Township man is being held in the Burlington County jail after allegedly fighting with a state trooper who tried to take him into custody following a traffic stop, according to a report on PhillyBurbs.com.
Clifton Brown, 25, had an outstanding Pemberton Township warrant out against him when he was pulled over just after 12:30 a.m. Sunday at the Wrightstown Arms Apartments, the report said.
Brown repeatedly tried to remove his cuffs and refused to obey the officer's commands, the report said.
