Julius K. Garrett, 24, is charged with murder after allegedly stabbing Scott Gregory, also 24, in the chest and back after the two got into a fight at a party in the early hours of June 20. Garrett turned himself in to police June 21, and has been in Monmouth County jail in lieu of $1 million bail since.
