IRVINGTON — Jurors will begin a fifth day of deliberations this morning in the murder trial of a man charged with fatally shooting a woman and three teenagers inside her home during a September 2008 robbery.
Before recessing Monday afternoon, the jury in Superior Court in Newark heard more readback of testimony from a neighbor who claimed to have seen the defendant, Rolando Terrell, run from the house that morning after hearing gunshots.
The judge also reread the definition of felony murder, among the charges Terrell, 39, faces.
