VICTORY GARDENS — A Victory Gardens man has been sentenced to five years in prison after 53 marijuana plants were discovered in his backyard, according to a report on DailyRecord.com.

Timothy Bernard Easton, 52, pleaded guilty two weeks ago to possession with intent to distribute. He was acquitted in 2002 of trying to burn down Victory Gardens borough hall, the report said.
