Karen Alexander of Franklinville, Gloucester County was found guilty of 11 charges of animal cruelty. The New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals investigated the owner of Puppy Palace on Route 38 after receiving an anonymous tip, the report said.
