Rashad Mimy, 26, was struck by a vehicle while walking along the southbound lanes of Routes 1&9 near Haynes Avenue on Nov. 7, said Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura, who announced the reward today.
The $5,000 will be paid out through the Crimestoppers anonymous tip system.
