George Wildrick, 35, was the driver of a tan jeep that Parsippany officers had seen speeding while they were attending to a disabled car, the report said. When they responded to the report of a car stuck in a snowbank, they realized it was the same car. Wildrick, who was uninjured, showed signs of impairment, the report said.
