Police said they were notified by a school administrator that one of her students had been sexually assaulted. The victim told police she met David A. Chalfin online and exchanged phone numbers. Chalfin then allegedly asked the victim to meet and took her to his Beech Terrace home where the sexual assault occurred. Police confiscated cell phones, cameras and video cameras from his home while executing a search warrant.
