FREEHOLD — A Neptune man was indicted on charges of kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault, crimes he allegedly committed when released on bail prior to sentencing for vehicular manslaughter, according to a report on MyCentralJersey.com.
Nelson Villanueva is currently serving 25 1/2-years in prison after a deadly drag race left three of his passengers dead and another driver paralyzed, the report said. His latest arrest came three days after he was convicted when a 25-year old Neptune woman told cops Villanueva physically and sexually assaulted her inside a Wall motel room. He is also charged with witness tampering after calling the woman from prison and allegedly offering her a bribe, according to the report.
