A Morristown Public Works Department employee pleaded guilty today to swallowing heroin
MORRISTOWN — An employee of Morristown's Public Works Department pleaded guilty today to swallowing heroin during a police investigation, reports The Daily Record.
Jerome Kennedy, 51, was arrested in 2008 and now faces up to 18 months in prison, the report said. The Morris County Prosecutor's Office will argue for Kennedy to lose his job with Morristown, while defense lawyer Joel Harris said that he will argue for probation, according to the report.
