Tracey Posner admitted to giving birth, wrapping the baby in a towel and putting the towel in a trash bag, according to the report. Her attorney argued that Posner suffered from a mental disorder.
Posner must serve 85 percent of her sentence, then 5 years of supervised parole, the report said.
