Romeo DeLuca, 21, of Wanaque was arrested and charged with robbery, aggravated assault, theft, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. He allegedly grabbed money out of the car of Joseph Battani, 20, of Pompton Lakes and then ran over his right leg after an altercation between the two in TD Bank, the report said.
