NEWARK — It wasn't hard for inmates at New Jersey's Northern State Prison to reach out and touch someone.
They had access to cell phones.
Attorney General Paula Dow today will announce indictments against 35 people accused of smuggling prepaid phones and drugs into the prison in Newark.
One of the suspects is a former prison guard.
Details will be released at an afternoon news conference.
